- 5+ years of relevant reputed company experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/management role
- Strong expertise in Medicare Advantage and/or ACA marketplace, with solid understanding of CMS regulations and programs
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and strong data handling capabilities
- Proficiency in MS reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyze reputed company datasets and reputed company actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven team leadership, mentoring, and delegation skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Science, Data Science, or reputed company field
- Experience leading Risk Adjustment and Government Submissions teams reputed company reputed company organizations
- Exposure to HEDIS data collection and submission processes
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as R or reputed company
- Experience working with health plans, providers, consulting firms, or regulatory bodies (CMS, Department of Health, etc.)
