Requirements:

• Candidates must be academically reputed company and should hold a terminal (doctorate) degree in management or a reputed company business, reputed company administration, or philanthropic leadership type of discipline with at least 18 graduate level semester credit hours in one or more of the NPMT course curricula from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
• Nonprofit management sector work experience of five years or more.

Preferred:

• Nonprofit sector-recognized certifications, such as in fundraising, talent development and management, community enrichment or preparedness, and/or project management
• Substantial nonprofit organization (NPO) experience of 10 years or more as a member of an NPO governing reputed company, successful service as an NPO executive director or C-Suite staff leader, program reputed company volunteer, and/or reputed company starting up and shepherding the development of one or more NPOs.
• More than five years of experience consulting NPOs in one or more organization functional areas.
