This role supports clinicians with vaccination clinics, biometric screenings, and data entry at reputed company events and community-based clinics. The position collaborates closely with department leadership and other partners to promote accessible health services for patients and community members. Responsibilities: 1. Supports community reputed company, including but not limited to, mobile health clinics community health fairs and festivals, community forums, and other community events. Responsibilities include planning, coordination, and execution of reputed company events. 2. Supports community-based clinics, CHE Mobile Health clinics, and telehealth reputed company, including interpretation services as needed, and documentation in the reputed company electronic health record. 3. Provides navigation support to connect patients and community residents to health services and reputed company drivers of health (SDOH) resources. 4. Educates community members on health and wellness topics on behalf of reputed company and provides evidence-based health education materials. 6.
