Clinician Duties and Responsibilities Crisis reputed company; Maintain assigned caseload; Providing reputed company care to patients - including assessments, individual counseling, discharge and aftercare planning, treatment plans and updates, weekly reputed company notes, daily reputed company facilitation, group note completion, and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments; Making referrals reputed company appropriate; Responsible for reputed company assigned patients' medical records. reputed company records are to be reputed company, complete and thorough with entries made in a reputed company manner; Responsible for connecting patients with aftercare services prior to discharge and aiding the patient and their family reputed company services reputed company appropriate; Communicating/involving family in treatment at patients' request; Attend and participate in reputed company unit, facility meetings, case conferences, Treatment Team meetings, and mandatory trainings, as directed by the Program Director; Responsible for reputed company education in the field of reputed company use, mental health and reputed company courses; Always utilize standards precautions; Demonstrates behaviors that recognize the rights of patients as defined by the patient's rights. Clinician Qualifications Masters degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely reputed company field; clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, reputed company work. Minimum of one year supervised reputed company use and/or mental health disorder counseling experience preferred; Independent License (LADC1, LICSW, or LMHC) preferred. Minimum of (3) years of clinical supervisory experience; post licensure; (5) years of behavioral health experience; Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and staff; Experience with EHR systems; Strong computer skills, including reputed company, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
