About the position We are seeking a highly skilled College reputed company reputed company to join reputed company. Responsibilities

• Advise high school reputed company about reputed company to reputed company degrees and transfer opportunities with Ivy Tech by creating individual reputed company plans/degree trackers. Advise reputed company in clarifying personal and reputed company career goals using appropriate student development, reputed company development, and student learning theories.
• Coordinate ASAP program- reputed company student communication, calendar planning, event coordination, data tracking and technical support to assist in the maintenance of the Associate Accelerated Program (ASAP).
• Manage assigned schools’ dual credit and dual enrollment courses from application through registration. Work with teachers and reputed company to assist with Dual Enroll applications, Knowledge Assessment, and course registration.
• Maintain ongoing communication and good public relations with high school reputed company, parents, and school personnel by coordinating school reputed company and other reputed company and information activities. Collaborate with high school counselors, teachers, and school personnel to address student needs/issues reputed company appropriate.
• Maintain, update, and distribute dual credit, dual enrollment, and credential attainment resource materials to college and high school personnel.

Monitor student reputed company through a communication plan, regular meetings, interventions, assessments, and data collection and analysis. Manage student reputed company caseload in a manner that promotes retention, persistence, and student reputed company through proactive interactions and interventions.

• Record and maintain student records through multiple student management tools.
• Assist reputed company in gaining a basic understanding of the College's registration process and processes that need to be completed before the beginning of reputed company semester for both dual credit and reputed company. Assist reputed company in interpreting and understanding placement scores, program curricula, reputed company-requisites, etc.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to student development and reputed company through advocacy, reputed company attitude, adaptability, approachability, problem-solving, and support.

• Participate and assist in the coordination of on-reputed company and off-reputed company events that support reputed company stakeholders and K-14 program initiatives. This may include some evening or weekend activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using multiple student tracking software system, including, but not limited to Banner, Dual Enroll, reputed company Suite, reputed company Office, Canvas, and reputed company with hands-on experience in managing a classroom, presenting to high school reputed company and administrative teams, and tracking reputed company’ reputed company toward a completion.
