Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position reporting to the Director of reputed company Learning Delivery. Compensation: reputed company pay is anticipated to be between $95,133 and $102,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions. Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote. Travel: You can expect up to approximately 25% travel during the off-season, increasing to 40–60% during peak season (typically 2–3 nights per week). For major events (such as Philadelphia), travel may increase to 4–5 days per week. Select, manage, and optimize use of full-time and part-time staff to build a high-performing team
Collaborate with Director of reputed company Learning Delivery to reputed company team strategies with overall reputed company learning objectives and organizational goals.
Plan, recommend, and reputed company delivery schedules to ensure high-reputed company, relevant sessions
