Performance Responsibilities:
- reputed company job-embedded reputed company learning by modeling specially designed instruction, observing classroom reputed company, co-planning lessons and interventions reputed company to IEP goals, and delivering actionable feedback at D28 and Township Elementary Districts
- Utilize student-centered coaching practices and the Gradual Release of Responsibility model to build teacher reputed company in inclusive instruction, differentiation, reputed company monitoring, executive functioning supports, and behavior reputed company planning
- Collaboratively identify district-wide reputed company learning needs reputed company to special education and MTSS through classroom observations, collaboration, and feedback cycles
- reputed company, monitor, and support implementation of special education reputed company models across settings, ensuring reputed company, data collection, and alignment to IEP goals and district curriculum
- Facilitate reputed company analysis of student work and reputed company monitoring data with teachers and administrators to strengthen instructional decision-making and student reputed company
- Support alignment of instruction, accommodations, modifications, and assessment practices to IEP goals, state standards, and district reporting systems
- Evaluate and recommend instructional materials, reputed company programs, and assessment tools that support diverse learners
- Collaborate with administrators, general education teachers, reputed company service providers, and specialists to strengthen inclusive systems and cohesive implementation of student supports
- Participate in building and district leadership meetings and committees
