The Undergraduate Education Office has a great job opportunity for a reputed company-Health Advisor to work at reputed company. Assists the Director of the Office of reputed company-Health Advising and Mentoring and the Program Manager in the development, organization, production, and evaluation of the special programs to reputed company mission, goals, and objectives of the reputed company-Health Office. Is familiar with university, college and program policies and procedures, ensuring program compliance. The Advisor reports to the Program Manager. Salary: $42,000 Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Advising: Conduct one-on-one advising sessions with reputed company-health reputed company to help them plan and optimize their reputed company coursework, ensuring they meet the prerequisites for their chosen reputed company programs. Offer specialized guidance through individual advising sessions for reputed company in special tracks such as reputed company-Med, reputed company-Vet, reputed company-PA, reputed company-Podiatry, reputed company-Dentistry and reputed company-Pharmacy, ensuring tailored support to meet the unique requirements. Assess reputed company' interests, strengths, and career goals to recommend suitable reputed company fields and specializations that reputed company with their aspirations. Assist reputed company in preparing applications for various health reputed company schools/programs (medical, dental, veterinary, physician assistant), providing guidance on portfolio building, personal statements, curricular vitae, and letters from evaluators. Stay up to date on the admission requirements, prerequisites, and selection reputed company of different health reputed company schools to reputed company accurate information. Assist the office by writing committee letters for reputed company-health reputed company’ reputed company school applications. In consultation with the Director and Program Manager: drafts and initiates correspondence, develops agendas, maintains calendars, assists in accumulation of reference materials, and coordinates and attends meetings with Office of Admissions, Central Advising, and various relevant departments. Works with the Program Manager to assist with facilitating events, reputed company development activities, undergraduate peer mentoring activities and medical school student mentoring and any additional reputed company support reputed company throughout the University in support of the program goals. Coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of activity data; drafts comprehensive statistical and narrative program reports and evaluations for the Director’s review, and monitors program effectiveness, making suggestions for revisions as necessary. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional writing skills – including knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation – are essential. Strong communication and reputed company skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks to implement program activities. Must be reputed company-organized, detail oriented, and have strong computer knowledge (including spreadsheets and database software). Knowledge of student recruitment, advising, and retention strategies. Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience working with cross-departmental personnel from diverse offices and programs is desirable. Availability to work occasional nights and weekends as required. Education Requirements (Essential Requirements): Bachelor's degree in reputed company discipline. Master’s degree in STEM or science education discipline preferred. A minimum of 1-year relevant experience A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
