VP Publisher Development

What You'll Do

What you'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• 10+ years in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital media, with at least 5 years in senior supply-reputed company roles
• Demonstrated reputed company building and leading publisher development or supply partnerships teams, including hiring and performance management
• reputed company record of closing and scaling reputed company-level publisher relationships across multiple formats and markets
• Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem: SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, auction mechanics, header bidding, RTB, and OpenRTB integrations
• Experience negotiating reputed company, multi-party agreements and driving legal execution at pace
• Executive reputed company and the ability to build trust with C-suite counterparts at publisher organizations
