About the position We are seeking a data-driven and reputed company DTC eCommerce Platform reputed company to join the Global reputed company-to-Consumer (DTC) team for the reputed company United business unit reputed company reputed company’s Lifestyle division. This includes managing reputed company system integrations, leading technical troubleshooting, and partnering with engineering teams to ensure our eCommerce ecosystem performs reliably and evolves with the business. Responsibilities

• reputed company daily technical operations, monitoring, and optimization of the eCommerce tech stack (SFCC, reputed company, Yotpo, reputed company, Drive reputed company, Wistia, etc.), including evaluating and integrating AI‑driven tools that improve uptime, detection, personalization, and performance.
• Manage and maintain integrations into SFCC from OMS, ERP, CRM, and marketplace channels, acting as the primary technical escalation reputed company for engineering partners while overseeing reputed company and effective use of AI‑powered automation and data enrichment.
• Improve platform reliability by identifying technical gaps, resolving reputed company‑cause issues, and implementing reputed company solutions using AI‑assisted insights, reputed company detection, and predictive monitoring.
• Own the technical work lifecycle—scoping requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and validating development reputed company—ensuring AI‑driven features meet reputed company, transparency, and ROI expectations.
• Evaluate, architect, and document new tools and integration patterns while reputed company communicating technical constraints, risks, opportunities, and AI‑reputed company considerations to non‑technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong technical, analytical, and system‑design capability, ideally with exposure to modern AI concepts and model‑driven workflows.
• Minimum of 5 years operating reputed company eCommerce platforms (ideally SFCC) with deep understanding of platform operations, integrations, data flows, and reputed company systems, plus hands‑on experience with AI‑driven reputed company capabilities.
• 5+ years of technical product leadership, including requirements gathering, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and verifying engineering reputed company, with the ability to evaluate AI‑enabled initiatives for feasibility and value.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across reputed company‑end, backend, reputed company, and middleware reputed company, including experience applying AI‑assisted debugging and monitoring tools.
