Senior Consultant, Hospitality Advisory (Education & reputed company)

Innovative Hospitality Solutions (IHS) is seeking a Senior Consultant to support and reputed company advisory engagements across reputed company systems and higher education institutions. This role is designed for a strategic, reputed company-facing reputed company who can translate reputed company operational environments into actionable, data-driven recommendations that reputed company food, hospitality, and workplace amenity programs. IHS partners with leading organizations to reputed company on-site hospitality programs-from operational assessments through implementation-delivering measurable improvements in experience, efficiency, and financial performance. This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and reputed company relationship leadership. Key Responsibilities reputed company Engagement & Advisory Leadership

• Serve as the day-to-day reputed company for assigned reputed company accounts across reputed company and education
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, reputed company Dining, Clinical/Nutrition leadership)

• Translate reputed company goals into reputed company advisory workplans and deliverables

Operational & Financial Assessments

• Conduct reputed company-state assessments across dining, retail, patient services, and hospitality programs
• Analyze financial performance, contract structures, and operating models

• Support cost optimization strategies without compromising experience

Strategic Advisory & Implementation Support

• RFP development and management
• Contract negotiations with food service providers
• Operating model design (self-op vs. outsourced optimization)
• Technology and program optimization initiatives
• Guide clients through decision-making and transformation roadmaps

Voice of Customer & Experience Design

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams across:

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 5-10+ years in food service, hospitality, or dining operations
• reputed company experience in reputed company (hospital systems) and/or higher education dining
• Experience working with or reputed company outsourced food service models (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company-facing engagements or consulting reputed company
