Traveling Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical

Responsibilities reputed company is expanding its Mission Critical business unit and seeking a highly skilled Superintendent – Mission Critical to reputed company field operations on large reputed company, technically reputed company data center reputed company. This role requires significant travel and can be based reputed company in the reputed company, as project work spans multiple reputed company and may require long term on site reputed company. The Superintendent provides on site leadership for fast reputed company construction, driving safety, reputed company, schedule performance, and robust trade coordination on mission critical builds.

Key Responsibilities

Field Leadership & Execution

• reputed company daily field operations on mission‑critical data center reputed company valued between $25M and $100M.
• Supervise subcontractors, craft labor, and trade partners to ensure reputed company, high‑reputed company execution.
• Drive fast‑reputed company project delivery while maintaining strict safety, reputed company, and schedule standards.

Technical & Operational Coordination

• Apply strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems reputed company mission‑critical facilities.
• Coordinate daily work activities with master schedules, short‑reputed company look‑aheads, and logistics plans.
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and OFCI/CFCI vendor integration.

Planning, Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, codes, and contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and reputed company records.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, design teams, inspectors, vendors, and field staff.
• Build strong relationships across diverse teams while reinforcing accountability and results.

Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years as a Superintendent in reputed company, industrial, or mission‑critical construction.
• Minimum 5+ years leading hyperscale and/or colocation data center reputed company.
• Proven reputed company record delivering reputed company reputed company between $25M and $100M.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered.

Technical & Leadership Skills

• Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in mission‑critical environments.
• Ability to reputed company and coordinate multiple trade partners effectively.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, communication, and team‑leadership skills.

Travel Requirement

• Must be willing and reputed company to travel more than 50% of the time, including extended stays at project sites.
