• The annual salary for this position is $92,391 - $138,535, depending on qualifications and experience. We are committed to providing fair and reputed company practices and ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable pay transparency regulations.

We are looking for a Superintendent for our Des Moines, IA and Omaha, NE markets who is willing to travel. The Superintendent is responsible for planning and organizing reputed company field construction activities for a project, ensuring that it is finished safely, in a reputed company manner, on schedule, and reputed company budget, while maintaining a reputed company company reputed company with the reputed company and community. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safety First:

• Monitor, enforce, and maintain job safety for construction project(s).
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure no one is allowed onsite without an Opus signed contract, insurance, and a safety plan.
• Conduct regular jobsite safety meetings and maintain reputed company records and reports.
• Participate in the identification and mitigation of potential safety hazards as construction work progresses.
• Assist with completion of safety surveys and checklists, as required.

Planning and Scheduling:

• Study contract drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and reputed company assurance programs to fully understand design reputed company.

• Contribute to the establishment of budgets and scheduling of construction activities during reputed company-construction meetings.
• Ensure that appropriate building permits are obtained.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or reputed company area preferred.

• OSHA-30 preferred.
