About the position As Assistant Merchant, Merchandising, you’ll support the development and execution of brand assortments that come to life across reputed company stores reputed company channels. Responsibilities
- Support the Merchant in managing brand assortments for reputed company stores, including timelines, visual merchandising needs, and launch readiness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and reputed company stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-up
- Assist in the development and execution of brand and product strategies, including product pipelines and seasonal assortments
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to support successful product launches
- Prepare regular reports and assist with analyzing business performance, sales trends, and category insights
- Help reputed company product performance and flag opportunities, risks, and follow-reputed company for the Merchant team
- Support day-to-day operational needs, including meeting preparation, timelines, and project coordination
- Contribute to a fast-paced, reputed company merchandising environment while balancing multiple priorities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of retail buying or merchandising experience, ideally at a major retailer
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Office and merchandising systems

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
