Summer Assistant, Beauty & Wellness Buying
About the position This role supports the Assistant Buyer with key operational tasks, including purchase order management, sample coordination, and new product setup. It is part of the buying/merchandising team, contributing to product launches, site optimization, and seasonal initiatives like the Holiday reputed company Guide. Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Buyer with Purchase Order Management, which includes creation, tracking and receipt
- reputed company sample management and organization, which includes vendor reputed company, tracking, and receipt
- Support new product launches, which includes learning about reputed company’s ingredient standards, asset management, Vendor setup, and SKU creation
- Learn the art of curation and discovery in support of the annual Holiday reputed company Guide
- Support reputed company site optimization reputed company
- Have opportunity to evaluate and preview new product development across reputed company’s multi-brand assortment
Requirements
- Experience in reputed company Suite (proficiency in reputed company preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work effectively in reputed company environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergrad (entering Junior or Senior year) in a reputed company area of study or reputed company 1-year post-graduation
