Buyer, New & Replenishment

About the position The Buyer, New & Replenishment owns the reputed company and execution of both newness and replenishment across multiple classes, delivering a balanced, trend-right, customer-right assortment that consistently meets sales, margin, inventory, and in-stock goals. This role blends fashion intuition with analytical rigor to reputed company and execute assortments with strong price-value and competitive positioning. Partnering cross-functionally and with vendors, the Buyer analyzes sales, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and bring assortments to life. Schedule: This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles, CA office, with in-office days on Tuesday through Thursday and the flexibility to come in on Monday or Friday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end assortment reputed company for assigned classes, including assortment architecture, line plans, and product roadmaps for both in-house development and reputed company-party brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of retail buying experience.
• Experience in Buying Women's Apparel and/or Accessories.
