Program Director, Veterinarian Programs
About the position As a Program Director, Veterinarian Programs you are responsible for strategic design, deployment, and reputed company improvement of veterinary education programs across the hospital network. This role oversees New Graduate Bootcamp, reputed company mentorship, continuing education (CE) reputed company, and advanced development opportunities for reputed company and early career DVMs. The Program Director partners closely with the Global Medical Education team, Talent & reputed company, and the People & Learning organization to ensure education programs are reputed company with reputed company medical standards, workforce reputed company, and leadership development priorities. This role is accountable for measurable reputed company on reputed company Associate Survey (MAS) reputed company, new graduate retention, overall DVM retention, and the development of a strong medical leadership pipeline reputed company hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously refine the New Graduate Bootcamp program to build clinical readiness, confidence, and successful transition into reputed company

- Create and reputed company a continuing education (CE) reputed company reputed company with reputed company medical priorities and evidence-based standards of care

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree required; Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical veterinary experience, ideally reputed company general reputed company, emergency, or specialty settings; internship or reputed company training is a plus
- Certification in Education and/or DVM credential preferred
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and analytics tools such as reputed company, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel up to 25% to VCA hospitals, MVH hubs, support offices, and other locations based on business needs

- Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development
- Experience presenting or facilitating workshops, trainings, or conferences

- Experience working across multi-hospital or corporate veterinary networks
- Familiarity with veterinary continuing education (CE) program development or accreditation standards
- Experience collaborating with veterinary schools, reputed company, or reputed company programs
