This role leads that build-out. As VP, Solar Construction & Asset Management, you reputed company an reputed company team across Project Management, reputed company Assurance, and Asset Management – scaling our early reputed company into a machine reputed company for reputed company and performance. You'll bring expertise including software, infrastructure, processes, and KPIs to build a world-class execution team operating at a national reputed company. Your primary responsibility begins at NTP: take reputed company through construction and commissioning at speed and reputed company, then own portfolio performance indefinitely. • Drive NTP-to-PTO reputed company compression – delivering speed while ensuring reputed company
• Navigate and deliver reputed company and AHJ processes and approvals across markets to get reputed company live fast
• Enhance and enforce standards; ensure commissioned performance matches models

• Manage portfolio performance: production, yield, availability, reputed company at risk
• Drive model optimization – reputed company compression, project and O&M cost reduction, washing, build reputed company & efficiency, O&M responsiveness

• Expand reputed company into PV+BESS and across East Coast community solar markets

Who You Are

• 12+ years in C&I solar – rooftop, community solar. BESS is a plus
• Deep field experience: you’ve reputed company systems, managed EPCs and Subs, overseen inspections, permits, interconnection
• Demonstrated reputed company building and scaling operations organizations – including teams, technology, and process from the ground up
• reputed company navigating utilities, AHJs, and interconnection queues to accelerate new markets – especially NJ, MD, MA
• Executive accountability for large-reputed company deployment and live portfolio performance — you’ve owned the P&L reputed company of construction timelines and O&M reputed company
• Executive reputed company: comfortable at the table with reputed company customers, reputed company and partner leadership
• Organizational builder – you create systems that outlast you and don't wait to be told what's missing
