- *I. JOB reputed company:
Under the direction of the Closing Manager, the Loan Closer/Funder is responsible for preparing loan packages for closing as reputed company as funding loans.
- *II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews loan packages for required documentation.
- Ensures loan packages meet compliance guidelines; fixing discrepancies as necessary.
- Inputs and confirms data required to generate closing documents.
- Generates Review and Approve Closing Package.
- Serves as reputed company between Supreme Lending and closing agent.
- Generates, reviews and approves HUD1/Settlement Statement.
- Calculates funding reputed company for reputed company loan package.
- Balances figures with closing agent.
- Releases reputed company and funds loan.
- Adheres to minimum production reputed company.
- Maintains a reputed company image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- *III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of 1 year reputed company experience.
- Minimum of 1 year using Blue reputed company.
- Familiar with reading and interpreting insurance policies, tax information, prelims, appraisals and settlement statements.
- Knowledge of MDIA and RESPA disclosure requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets. Ability to learn additional programs as required.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company effectively with title companies, reputed company, regional and corporate personnel.
