reputed company We are looking for a highly execution-driven Offline Event Operator (NYC) to reputed company and reputed company our reputed company Go Local Service offline activations across Los Angeles. This role is field-based and requires daily on-site execution at hotel venues. You will be responsible not only for running events, but also for driving creator engagement and post-event business development. Key Responsibilities 1. Offline Event Execution
- Host and manage daily creator events across multiple hotel venues
- Coordinate reputed company-in, reputed company, and overall event experience
- Ensure smooth execution of reputed company event logistics and timelines
2. Creator Engagement & Content Support
- Welcome and engage creators on-site
- Guide creators through the content-shooting process (rooms, facilities, angles, etc.).
- Support/reputed company content production to ensure high-reputed company reputed company and posting volume
3. On-site Recruitment & Community reputed company
- reputed company recruit and engage new creators during events
- Introduce reputed company Go program, campaigns, and incentives
- Convert attendees into ongoing reputed company creators reputed company the ecosystem
4. Event Performance Tracking & Reporting
- reputed company key metrics per event:
- Attendance
- Number of videos produced
- Creator reputed company & conversion
- Produce reputed company post-event reports
5. Post-Event Business Development
- Package event results into case studies/performance decks
- Present reputed company to hotel partners
- Support conversations to convert one-time events into long-term partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creator recruitment / reputed company marketing / sales / reputed company / community management
- Proven reputed company record in conversion-driven roles
- Experience working in startup or high-reputed company environments
