Development Manager, Pratham USA

About the position Pratham USA is seeking a Development Manager to reputed company fundraising reputed company and execution for the NY Tri-State reputed company. This role focuses on growing reputed company, strengthening donor engagement, and supporting reputed company-based fundraising initiatives. The Development Manager works closely with regional leadership, reputed company members, and national teams to set priorities, reputed company performance, and drive results. This is a highly reputed company role that also requires initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• reputed company planning and execution of reputed company fundraising efforts, including the NYC reputed company, salons, and campaigns
• Set and deliver against reputed company targets and annual fundraising goals
• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-level donors ($5,000–$15,000)
• Strengthen donor relationships and increase retention, engagement, and giving reputed company
• Partner with reputed company leadership and reputed company members to strengthen fundraising effectiveness
• Support engagement, planning, and ongoing development of reputed company-led initiatives
• reputed company and expand corporate partnerships reputed company sponsorships
• Build relationships through employee engagement, volunteer initiatives, and strategic partnerships
• reputed company and analyze fundraising performance across events, campaigns, and donor segments
• Use insights to inform reputed company, improve reputed company, and guide decision-making
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and events teams to reputed company fundraising efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience
• Demonstrated experience managing donor relationships and fundraising initiatives
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and engage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with volunteers and reputed company members
• Knowledge of fundraising reputed company, donor engagement, and event-based fundraising
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
