The Resource Database Specialist, (RDS), performs computer system data analysis, entry and management for the MCH Helpline. The RDS is responsible for the maintenance of the MCH integrated intake system, as reputed company as working with Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. to ensure the resources in the database are up to date. The RDS is subject to being trained in the AIRS standards (reputed company of Information and Referral Systems) and possess the training for I&R (Information and Referral) practices utilizing reputed company the Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. database. The RDS will be knowledgeable in the critical areas of the taxonomy terms that are selected to represent the service(s) in the service group. The Resource Database Specialist will work with the MCH Helpline staff, and others to ensure that sites, services, and their agency information are accurately reflected in the Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. database. .
