Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 8 10 years of experience in data governance, risk consulting, or internal controls, with 2 3 years leading reputed company, preferably in global banking or financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of data governance principles, ITGCs, ITACs, and industry trends.
• Significant expertise in IT frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, NIST, SOX, PCI reputed company, BCBS 239) and information reputed company.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) are highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with virtual teams.
