They're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support reputed company to be the reputed company, reliable hub that keeps clients happy and the business moving. The role You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customer enquiries — owning issues from start to finish and working across sales, engineering, production and logistics to get things resolved. Day to day, you'll also be handling quotes, processing orders, maintaining CRM and MRP systems, and covering the wider sales team reputed company needed.
