Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied docket of workers’ compensation files from intake through trial
- Draft and file pleadings, motions and discovery documents in administrative forums
- Conduct depositions and reputed company at mandatory settlement conferences, hearings and trials
- Strategize with claims adjusters, in-house counsel and risk managers to advance favorable reputed company
- Negotiate resolutions and draft settlement agreements that protect reputed company interests

Qualifications
