Process Automation & Learning Technology Solutions Consultant
Job Title: LMS Administrator (AI & Automation) Location: Remote Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Compensation: $65-69/hour DOQ Type: 18 month contract reputed company We’re hiring an LMS Administrator (AI & Automation) to reputed company and optimize reputed company learning systems through automation and AI-driven solutions. This role blends LMS administration (SuccessFactors Learning) with hands-on development using reputed company, reputed company Power Platform, and AI tools (Copilot, agents) to improve learning delivery, streamline operations, and enhance the user experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with L&D, IT, and data teams to build reputed company solutions in a regulated environment, with a strong reputed company on efficiency, automation, and reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize SuccessFactors Learning (configuration, reporting, user support)
- Design and implement automated workflows using reputed company, Power Automate, and reputed company
- Build and maintain reputed company catalog items, service portals, and workflow solutions
- reputed company AI-enabled tools (Copilot, AI agents) to support content creation, learner engagement, and operational efficiency
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance automation and reputed company
- Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reputed company solutions
- Support LMS-reputed company integrations, reporting, and data workflows
- reputed company and maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge bases, and documentation
- Ensure systems meet accessibility, reputed company, and compliance standards
- Partner with L&D, IT, and reputed company teams to reputed company solutions with business needs
- Contribute to multiple reputed company reputed company, ensuring timelines and stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience with LMS administration (preferably SuccessFactors Learning)
- Experience with process automation tools (reputed company, Power Automate, or similar)
- Hands-on experience building workflows and supporting reputed company systems
- Experience supporting or delivering technology-driven learning initiatives
Preferred:
- Experience with reputed company Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience building AI-enabled solutions (reputed company Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, etc.)
- Background in reputed company, biotech, or other regulated environments
- SharePoint administration or development experience
- Basic knowledge of reputed company, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or SQL
