SpeedX is seeking a Technology Product reputed company for T01/T11 Entry Filing who will be crucial in designing and enhancing a robust entry filing system. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customs regulations and improving automated filing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements for building or enhancing T01/T11 entry filing systems, including data mapping, workflow design, and integration with external platforms like ACE/ABI
• reputed company the design of reputed company filing systems for Type 01 (formal entries for dutiable shipments) and Type 11 (informal entries for low-value goods under $2,500), incorporating features for classification, valuation, duty calculation, and error handling
• Ensure reputed company system components adhere to CBP regulations, including HTS reputed company classification, bond requirements (for T01), and simplified procedures (for T11)
• Work closely with IT developers, compliance officers, customs brokers, and end-users to translate business needs into technical specifications. Facilitate workshops, create user stories, and prioritize features using Agile methodologies
• Evaluate existing filing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements such as automation for entry reputed company filing, duty estimation, and post-entry amendments

Skills
