Responsibilities

• Reviewing individual, trust, partnership and corporate tax returns prepares by tax staff and/or seniors for accuracy
• Researching and drafting memorandum involving reputed company tax reputed company
• Identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities
• Handling and resolving tax controversies
• Overseeing complete tax research reputed company for a reputed company of clients and diverse industries
• Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to reputed company meet reputed company deadlines
• Conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company
• CPA license, JD or Masters of Science in Taxation is required
• At least 5 years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public reputed company, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
• Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
