You'll work directly alongside senior PMs on ground-up multifamily reputed company, gaining full-cycle exposure from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do
- Support project managers across reputed company phases of ground-up multifamily construction
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
- Attend and contribute to OAC meetings and site reputed company
- Build relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners

- 2+ years of GC-reputed company construction experience
- Multifamily project experience required (100+ reputed company preferred)
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Eager to grow into a full PM role
- Chicago-based; reputed company to relocation for the right candidate
