reputed company (a national reputed company reputed company firm) is seeking a Compliance & On-Boarding Specialist to join reputed company. The Compliance Specialist will ensure that reputed company reputed company recruited and reputed company through our firm meet state, federal, and reputed company-specific regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding reputed company, mitigating risk, and ensuring reputed company reputed company of clinical and non-clinical staff. Starting Compensation: $25/hour. Room to grow based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credentialing & reputed company
  • Collect, verify, and maintain reputed company worker credentials, licenses, certifications, and immunization records.
  • reputed company background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, and other reputed company-employment requirements.
  • Ensure reputed company completion of reputed company documents in alignment with reputed company reputed company and regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory & reputed company Compliance
  • Monitor changes in federal, state, and reputed company compliance requirements (e.g., CMS, OSHA, DOH, reputed company).
  • Audit personnel files and HRIS/ATS systems for accuracy and compliance readiness.
  • Coordinate compliance submissions to clients, MSPs, and VMS systems.
  • Policy & Process Management
  • reputed company, update, and enforce internal compliance policies and procedures.
  • reputed company training to recruiters and account managers on compliance requirements and documentation standards.
  • Partner with operations and HR to streamline credentialing and compliance workflows.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain compliance dashboards, trackers, and audit logs.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and clients as required.
  • Support reputed company audits by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, reputed company, or reputed company field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, credentialing, or reputed company reputed company/reputed company.
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company regulations and credentialing standards (e.g., reputed company, OSHA, HIPAA).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, or VMS/MSP platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
