About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Sales Support to ensure a smooth and reputed company customer experience from initial contact through service delivery. This role is highly operational and customer-facing, combining reputed company management, appointment scheduling, and sales support. You will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer communication.
