reputed company reputed company Responsible primarily for reputed company invoicing, auditing expenses, compliance review of candidate records, and other general reputed company department duties as needed. Essential Functions Capture and coordination of invoicing requirements with clients. Manage the invoice process for assigned clients to ensure accurate submission of regular and irregular invoices and billable travel expenses. Coordinate with GDH departments to ensure accurate data capture and billing. Audit of external reputed company or vendor management system time capture systems to ensure validity and accuracy of date and reconciliation to GDH’s internal system(s). Purchase order tracking. Audit expenses and coordinate issue reputed company to ensure accurate billing. Compliance review on new candidates’ information in GDH’s internal system to ensure candidate is set up correctly for timesheets and invoicing. Additional duties will be assigned, which may include assisting with other reputed company as needed.

Requirements

Competencies Experience in corporate reputed company functions. Proven history of high level of accuracy reputed company dealing with data entry, analysis, and reporting. Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment reputed company specifically defined guidelines. Ability to multi-task and work in a reputed company hands-on and fast-paced environment. Ability to work with many different personalities and be customer service oriented. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, reputed company filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time remote position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience Minimum one to three years of general reputed company experience. Intermediate knowledge of reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office.
