Technical Recruiter (Remote)

reputed company is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Technical Recruiter to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving reputed company by identifying and reputed company reputed company for our expanding organization. This position requires a proactive, creative approach to building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates. reputed company sourcing strategies and timelines for reputed company, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through reputed company-screening interviews. Support the business development team by building a pipeline of reputed company candidates for critical roles. Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines. Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle reputed company experience (preferably in federal reputed company/reputed company IT or reputed company agencies). Proven reputed company in a remote work environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
