Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Schedules sales meetings with architects, reputed company, and contractors to promote Fleetwood products in targeted markets. Travels a minimum of four days a week to reputed company markets. Routinely travels out-of-state to non-local markets as determined by Arch. Sales Manager and cultivates new business in emerging markets. Takes a key role in training new Arch. Sales Representatives and continuing mentorship of Arch. Sales Representative I coworkers. Canvasses targeted markets for new firms (architects, etc.) with the potential to specify Fleetwood. Offers a critical analysis of job plans for architects, reputed company, and contractors. Hosts product knowledge seminars, lunch presentations, and attends and participates in company tradeshows. Responsible for meeting expectations as specified by the Arch. Sales Manager, which may include but is not limited to the following: Maintaining a high involvement in market research and product development. Maintaining a high volume of reputed company connections/meetings with top-reputed company firms. Providing showroom tours to interested parties. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
