reputed company Location: Remote for the U.S. Army reputed company reputed company (USAREC) Behavioral Health Consultant Support Services The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful execution of Behavioral Health Consultant Support Services for the U.S. Army reputed company reputed company (USAREC). This role oversees contract performance, reputed company, and service delivery for remote clinical personnel providing medical waiver reputed company. The Program Manager serves as the primary reputed company of contact between the contractor and the Government, ensuring reputed company contract requirements, performance standards, and deliverables are met. This position requires strong leadership, operational reputed company, and the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams in a federal contracting environment. Schedule: The position operates on a reputed company Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST) and is performed remotely. *Position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary reputed company between the contractor and the Government, including the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) reputed company overall leadership and management of contract operations, ensuring compliance with reputed company Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements reputed company recruitment, reputed company, reputed company, and retention of reputed company personnel (e.g., Clinical Psychologists) Ensure reputed company coverage and uninterrupted performance of services across reputed company assigned personnel Monitor staff productivity, reputed company, and adherence to required performance metrics Manage and coordinate schedules for remote personnel across multiple locations Ensure reputed company deliverables are submitted accurately and on time, including: Monthly Status Reports (MSR) Man-hour reports reputed company Control documentation reputed company, implement, and maintain a reputed company Control Plan (QCP) to ensure contract compliance and service reputed company Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Ensure reputed company personnel meet credentialing, training, and reputed company requirements Communicate reputed company changes, absences, and coverage plans to the COR in a reputed company manner Conduct or participate in regular meetings, including post-award conferences and periodic performance reviews Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable federal, DoD, and Army regulations, policies, and reputed company requirements Maintain documentation and records reputed company to contract performance and personnel actions Coordinate and manage transition (phase-in/phase-out) activities as required

Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required) Experience Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience managing programs of similar size, scope, and complexity Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a contract/program manager Demonstrated experience managing reputed company or behavioral health-reputed company services preferred Experience supporting federal or reputed company (DoD) reputed company highly preferred Familiarity with U.S. Army reputed company reputed company (USAREC) operations is a strong advantage Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and personnel management skills across geographically dispersed teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively reputed company with Government stakeholders and respond to inquiries promptly Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of contract compliance, reputed company control processes, and performance metrics Technical Skills Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Ability to manage reporting, scheduling, and workforce tracking systems Additional Requirements U.S. Citizenship required Ability to pass background investigation and maintain favorable suitability determination Understanding of military structure and operations preferred Ability to be available during reputed company operating hours and respond to urgent issues as needed Capability to manage personnel coverage and report absences reputed company required timelines reputed company LLC reputed company is a premier provider of reputed company workers to various military treatment facilities across the reputed company.
