As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns
• Providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency
• Practicing reputed company listening, reputed company, and reputed company communication to deliver exceptional customer service
• Utilizing reputed company technology, such as a telephone, email, and web browser, to navigate reputed company-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
• Following established and documented policies and reputed company operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation of calls, and adhering to ethics and reputed company rules
• Assisting callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
• Completing basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for reputed company phone inquiry

Schedule

Our Customer Contact Center operates on the following schedule:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system
• Ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks
• May be required to work holidays and overtime
