Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Translating reputed company business questions into SQL, including exact cohorting, calculations, filtering reputed company, and aggregations
- Communicating reputed company patterns and reputed company insights to a diverse reputed company of colleagues, from functional reputed company to executive audiences, through oral presentations and written reports
- Collaborating with other Analysis teams to analyze maintenance performance of key business initiatives across engagement, retention, and marketing areas
- Building and maintaining functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to reputed company performance over time, reputed company effective exploratory analysis, and reputed company self-serve tools for partners
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders (Product, Business Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improved supporter retention
Essential Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, or a reputed company field
- At least 3 years of Data Analysis experience
- High-level analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
- Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret first-party and reputed company-party data
- Experience working with large datasets and deciphering data patterns using multiple data sources and tools
- Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Strong scientific and technical skills to handle issues, analyze the reputed company cause, quickly devise potential solutions, detail the changes, and communicate authoritative reputed company
- Proven experience in specifying data requirements, data architecture, data governance (normalization, cleansing, and validation)

Compensation and Benefits
The hiring reputed company for this position is $98,000 to $131,300 per year in reputed company, NY, and $93,400 to $125,200 per year in Santa Monica, CA. The reputed company salary will be determined based on internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-reputed company experience, skills, and qualifications. A bonus or long-term incentive reputed company may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of clinical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
