As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to ensure a reputed company and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a reputed company and reputed company stance in the designated area at the reputed company of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
• Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure your safety and the safety of others
• Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance our store's reputed company and customer experience
• Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establishing and maintaining a position at the reputed company of the store or in a department
• Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service reputed company a Company-issued radio
• Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
• Performing a closing safety reputed company of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure and reputed company environment
• Adhering to reputed company arenaflex policies and procedures, including documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

This role has a starting pay reputed company of $15.00 to $18.25 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
