Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company and families who are seeking assistance with the reputed company's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Your primary duties will include:

• Participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists
• Adhering to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines

• Utilizing software, scripts, and tools appropriately
