Job reputed company:
arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Clerk & IT Help Desk Specialist to join one of our esteemed clients in Orange County, CA. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using reputed company and CyberArk. With a minimum of 10 tickets per day, you'll have reputed company to work on a reputed company of tasks, including helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through. Responsibilities:
* Account creation using reputed company and CyberArk
- Claims online portal registration
- Processing claims online portal tickets
- Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
* 2+ years of Account Creation experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience

- Ability to learn quickly

- High school diploma

- Previous experience working in a remote environment
