Key Responsibilities

As an External Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools
• Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
• Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
• Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to reputed company these issues in JIRA
• Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
• Partnering with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company
• Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion
• Exemplifying reliability, accountability, and professionalism in reputed company work-reputed company interactions

Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings, etc. during this time. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company, but you'll need to be available during our core hours to collaborate with reputed company.
