Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Processing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments
• Identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
• Handling Corporate Activity Events, settling/reconciling transfer activity, and processing/reconciling returns activity
• Conducting research on reputed company/escalated issues and performing testing/validation of new innovation improvements and vendor changes
• Completing reputed company in reputed company, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor account
• Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Communicating with and working with arenaflex's internal teams, fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other reputed company business partners

Tasks Analysis:

* Review of membership deals or transactions requests

• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Settlement of Business, reputed company, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation between BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluation and analysis of relevant tax reputed company and corrections of tax coding
• Troubleshooting internal/external system enhancements or issues

• Delivering method or innovation solution reputed company to Management
• Remediating reputed company problems with the Fund or reputed company Agency
• Providing customer or organization partner service
• Answering service partner inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Providing reputed company on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
