We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Performance Analyst to join our DTOA team. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for providing dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. You'll work closely with reputed company to analyze, forecast, and optimize our virtual and contact channels, driving business reputed company and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
- Build shows and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
- Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics

We're Looking for Someone with
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete reputed company on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
