As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our millions of plan members, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing personalized support to reputed company their reputed company experience more convenient, reputed company, and accessible.
- Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.

Required Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
