Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
- Performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims reputed company
- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
