As a 100% remote Customer Account Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in servicing our large and growing portfolio. Responsibilities

As a Customer Account Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payments.
• Handling accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism.
• Confirming and/or negotiating payment arrangements, researching any discrepancies.
• Completing phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics.
• Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses; staying informed of changes in policies and procedures.
• Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Documenting reputed company accounts accurately, reputed company, and concisely noting the reason for delinquency.
• Responding with accurate information pertinent to the callers' questions using professionalism and reputed company.

Qualifications
