Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their reputed company with arenaflex.
- Providing customers with our organization's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services.
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting reputed company issues to high-level management to ensure that they're addressed promptly and effectively.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
- Following up on complicated customer calls to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system.
- Obtaining and evaluating reputed company relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure that our customers' concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience with MS reputed company (a plus)
- Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
