We're seeking an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a work-from-home reputed company. As a key member of our insurance call center, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. You'll reputed company customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium, ensuring that our members and customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone
- Providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
- Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
- Counseling policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
- Making appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes

- Utilizing knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to reputed company efficient and reputed company customer service

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
- Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company exceptional customer service
