About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our after-hours team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive reputed company and effective support. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving reputed company and reputed company queries, and providing reputed company responses to queries that come in through our texting platform. You'll also be responsible for notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary, confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, and performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services.

Essential Qualifications
