As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be the primary technical resource for InteleShare customers, ranging from major hospital networks to small radiology facilities. You'll be responsible for reputed company-time troubleshooting of InteleShare software, resolving cases submitted by our customers in a reputed company manner, and ensuring our software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

Working Hours:

Employment Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills
- 1-2 years of work experience in reputed company administration and technical customer support
- Excellent knowledge of reputed company reputed company operating systems for Servers and Workstations
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical ability
